I have facial hair for the sole purpose of trying to at least look a little closer to my age. It usually doesn't work.

The biggest offenders are hair dressers who attempt to chat me up and miss the mark like a drunk William Tell with cataracts. I've had one ask me what year I was in high school, when I was 3rd year in college. More recently I had a hair dresser talking to her co-worker about their health care package, then she turned back to me and said "see what you have to look forward to?"

I responded with "I don't know what you mean" in an attempt to get her to say what she meant.

"You know, when you have to get health insurance."

"I have my own health insurance, actually."

"Oh..." followed by an awkward silence for the rest of the haircut. And a poor tip.

I've been marked "under 21" despite showing ID at clubs, too. REAL COOL to dance with a big black X on your hand.

Not too long ago, gamestop wouldn't let me buy a rated M game. I forgot my license that day. But I had my old school ID and it had my Birthdate. But the gamestop dood still didn't let me buy it. >:T Maybe he just hated me.
