This can be in all in one character. I know you said you can be everything or something like that but I'm still so confused! This is coming from someone who's never touched 11 before but I want to see what everyone else's race and whatnot before I think what I want to do.

This is like almost another language to me. One of you has to teach me things.

You have

*race and tribe
*class and sub-class
*random crafting/gathering stuff

There really isn't a sub-class in this game as you take on various skills from any class you have leveled. Skills that are not of your current class have a longer cast time and aren't as effective.

Everyone is pretty much everything, but for the sake of efficiency, we specialize in an area so we don't overlap one another--basically, work together and have others fill in the gaps.

Great, then we'll figure out the gaps here. I'm assuming I'm the only one who doesn't know much about how things work so I can be filling some gaps. I am joining a week after release anyway.

Miqo'te (Moon) Marauder/Miner for now...i'm considering Blacksmith/Armor/Lancer/Gladiator

Sun Seeker Miqo'te Pugilist and most of the gathering classes. I'm not sure about the crafting or what other melee/range class i want.
